HR and Employment Law Training for your business

We have adopted a facilitated approach to our HR and employment law training. 

There is no death by PowerPoint or law lectures. Our approach incorporates common workplace scenarios played out on video (or in person) for attendees to discuss; 

what worked well? what would they change? are there any risks to the business in the approach? what should they change? 

The facilitator will also discuss legal and best practice aspects too as well as the risks of getting it wrong, before looking at a better approach scenario, making the training powerful, effective and memorable. If you don’t believe us see what a recent business has said about their training:

To keep our training cost effective and flexible our training can be delivered virtually or face to face. The training is tailored to your business and attendees can be employees, managers, senior managers or individuals from within your own HR team or a mix.

Our training courses/topics are accompanied by a workbook for attendees to make their own notes, take away and refer to in the future making it even more likely they will remember and effectively deal with situations that might arise in the future.

Our training courses start at £250 plus VAT for a virtual session (up to 90 minutes) for six attendees. Additional attendees can be added at an additional cost.
