Managing misconduct in the workplace training

The training explores the dos and don’ts of management conversations in the backdrop of workplace scenarios and misconduct, as well as pursuing a disciplinary process and the legal complications of not doing so.

Using professionally prepared videos, scenes are brought to life with, and attendees are encouraged to discuss and comment on the approach taken, identify solutions and effectively manage the issue portrayed as well as the legal and workplace implications.

This training is suitable for managers, supervisors and team leaders in any organisation and at any level, whether newly appointed or experienced as a refresher.

Our managing misconduct in the workplace session

  • lasts for no more than 2 hours
  • is interactive, using video, discussion and case studies to aid effective learning and retention
  • can be delivered in person or virtually
  • is customised to your organisation’s policies and procedures

The objective of the training is to ensure managers at any level are aware of the processes that should be followed and the potential impact on the business if they are not as well as to give them confidence to address issues of misconduct at any early stage and before they have chance to escalate into something more – in the interests of all concerned.

What a previous attendee said about the training

Our recent ‘Managing Misconduct’ training session was a huge success, I have never had so much positive feedback from a training course! Being able to watch different scenarios being played out really helped our managers understand the topic and how it affects their roles and responsibilities.
