I am currently in my first seat in my training contract in the Dispute Resolution team, assisting my team with any current matters.
I have always been interested in pursuing a career in law as I wanted to do work that makes a difference to someone. I believe that it is a huge privilege to be able to help an individual or company navigate and resolve any issues that they may be facing.
Before joining Birkett Long, I volunteered at my local Citizen’s Advice Bureau as an adviser. I helped clients with many different issues such as housing, employment and benefits. My work there gave me a real sense of personal satisfaction, as I was able to help individuals who were vulnerable or in a bad place.
In my spare time, I really enjoy eating out and yoga – which is a good combination as the two balance each other out! I am also an animal lover and have ridden horses since I was 10 years old.

We have great strength and depth in numbers, with a wide range of experience, enabling clients and their issues to be matched to the most appropriate lawyer. We have lawyers who are true specialists in their chosen fields. We offer flexible funding arrangements, we enjoy excellent relations with assorted leading barristers’ chambers, enabling us to secure the most appropriate counsel on the best possible terms for our clients.
