Individual Voluntary Arrangements

If you find yourself in a position where you have several debts owed to various creditors, Birkett Long will bring calm to your situation, offering advice on the options and helping you decide what to do next.

Individual voluntary arrangements can be an effective way of dealing with your debts. We can help you reach an agreement where all of your debts are pooled and a supervisor (often an insolvency practitioner) is appointed. The supervisor will try to reach an agreement with your creditors so they agree to accept a proportion of your debt paid over time.

  • Do you have lots of debts owed?
  • Do you owe money to lots of different people or companies?
  • Are you struggling to keep on top of the money you owe?

If you want to find out more about individual voluntary arrangements, please complete the form (on the right hand side) and a member of the team will be in touch.
