As a member of the Dispute Resolution team, I advise clients on general litigation matters and represent them before and throughout the litigation process.

It’s important to me to always be friendly and approachable and put my clients at ease. But at the same time, I’m practical and realistic with the advice I give. Clients often need support through the process of litigation; being in a legal dispute is difficult and it’s important that they feel able to place their trust in me. No matter what the situation, I will always do my utmost to get the best outcome for them.

In dispute resolution we see a wide spectrum of work and operate in a fast-paced, engaging environment. Every case brings a new challenge…but that’s something I love!

I spent about five years specialising in clinical negligence law at the beginning of my career but I decided to change my area of practice to dispute resolution. Now I act for clients in almost all general litigation matters, both in pre-action cases and in those that have reached court proceedings.

When work allows, I enjoy travelling with my family and fiancé and spending time with family, our dogs and friends. My fiancé and I have recently got engaged and bought our first house so most of my free time is currently taken up by decorating and wedding planning!

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, ASSOCIATIONS & MEMBERSHIPS:

• Qualified as a Solicitor in 2022
• Undergraduate LLB Law Degree at Lancaster University, graduating in 2018. 
• LPC combined with a Masters in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law, which I studied part-time while working full-time as a clinical negligence paralegal.
