employment law update October 2022

This event was led by Partner and Head of BLHR and Employment Julie Temple. Julie provided an employment law update covering what is "in the wind"  employment law wise with the new government, fit notes, right to work checks, suspension during an investigation at work, Covid in the workplace and she also looked at some case law relating to long Covid, holiday pay and redundancy consultation.
