IT Service Manager

In my role as IT Service Manager, I ensure that a 'service first' mentality is adopted, whereby a consistent and dependable IT service provision to Birkett Long is paramount. 

The IT department supports the firm's strategic aspirations by effectively delivering technology-based innovations. I assist these endeavours by developing collaborative and transparent communication channels in tandem with the leadership team.

Having previously worked with Birkett Long, I have had experience and exposure to the firm, its culture, and most importantly, the people (who I think are amazing!). 

In my role, I work across all Birkett Long locations and have developed a significant level of respect for everyone I interact with.

I greatly respect and can personally relate to the firm's real and demonstrable desire to grow, all while maintaining a strong and locally historic identity and fostering a culture that cares for and develops the staff.

My community involvement includes volunteer care work at a local care home. I support several animal charities and occasionally assist with fundraising activities for IFAW, the RSPCA, and Battersea Dogs Home.

In my spare time, I enjoy motorsports, technology, and gadgets, as well as socialising with family and friends—a great night out with good company!
