As Content & PR Coordinator, I work within the marketing team and am responsible for maintaining the accuracy of Birkett Long's marketing content. My role also involves coordinating PR activities for the firm.

I joined Birkett Long because of the firm's excellent reputation and its positive impact on local communities.

Outside of work, I keep busy with all aspects of family life. I enjoy cooking, and I spend my spare time at home keeping informed with news, with a particular focus on politics. I like to keep pace with sports, albeit from my sofa these days. In the evenings, I catch up on recommended books, TV shows and movies; if they are getting great reviews, I'm keen to investigate further.

I am a parent governor at a local primary school, which I enjoy. I also run Keep Colchester Cool, a platform that celebrates the diverse events and culture of the city. Music has always been a big part of my life, and I have been a DJ and live music promoter for over 35 years, so I like to keep updated with music and bands.
