Tim Ogle

Clients trust me to look after their interests and to do my best for them. They know that I will keep them informed and not want for lack of effort. More importantly, I am like them in that I am a busy parent with a child and trying to keep up! I am based in our Colchester office, and am available for a free 15 minute chat on 01245 453840.
I love helping people with their varying queries and concerns, and helping to resolve them. I’ve heard a number over the years, and see the value in empathy; that is usually the best way to the best result and something I enjoy seeking to achieve. Being a solicitor is a privileged position and I have to say that I very much enjoy and respect that.
I am a lawyer, advising a wide range of clients across a broad spectrum of law, and also a partner in the firm responsible for managing the firm. Like most of my colleagues, I get involved in many different marketing events, including in particular giving seminars. I have long experience as a business lawyer and can therefore advise in that context, or draw upon that experience, where required.
I am a School Governor at a local school in Sudbury.
I love to travel, and plan to do so again more widely when my children let me. I am a keen sportsman, both playing and watching, and will surely be spotted by a talent scout one day…tennis is my Olympic event, though I’ll play anything with a ball.
