Technical Support Assistant
Sarah joined our Chelmsford office in June 2021 and works in the Business Team as a Technical Support Assistant.
Sarah carries out company incorporations, changes of company names, changes to capital (subdivision and consolidation) and (appointment and removal) of officers, and compliance matters including creating and maintaining statutory registers, share allotments, and transfers. Sarah is also able to help companies that require assistance with various types of corporate approvals and authorisations by way of either board minutes or shareholder resolutions. She also deals with the organisation of data rooms for due diligence purposes, the preparation of ancillary documentation required for company asset and share sales and purchases (by way of either assets or shares), share buybacks, company reorganisations (including demergers and the creation of group structures), and post-completion matters, including preparing key dates letters, e-bundles of completion documents, and stamp duty formalities.
