In the HR & Learning & Development team I help with induction of new members of staff, ongoing support and training of existing staff, carrying out new learning needs analyses for the business, devising and delivering that training, evaluation of the training and reporting back to management. I am based in our Colchester office and am available on 01206 217367. 

 

I enjoy training as it gives me the opportunity to learn and design new areas of content and then help people to get a better understanding of the systems and practices they use every day.

I am a qualified Football Association coach and have managed youth teams in the Colchester area. I also enjoy going to the gym, gigs and am a member of CAMRA.
