I lead the Real Estate teams, which are based across our three offices. I represent all types of commercial clients in their property work, including individuals, partnerships, private and publicly quoted companies, local authorities, pensions, SMEs, national and multi-national organisations, charitable entities and governmental and educational institutions.

My expertise is in the acquisition and disposal of all types of commercial property (including investment property), secured lending and finance, granting and taking of leases and landlord and tenant matters. I have specialist knowledge within the healthcare and charity sectors, and with complex stamp duty land transactions. 

I love working with people and their individual business. Every instruction is different and I become part of their business. It is exciting and interesting to understand new businesses and to be part of clients’ development.

I have a young family so much of my spare time is spent with them. I enjoy socialising, eating out, and cooking. I keep fit through running, swimming and horse riding. I support school/nursery clubs attended with my family in their fundraising and local events.
