In the HR & L&D team I assist and support the HR Director to provide an HR service to the firm.

I am always learning and I love the variety my job gives me. I joined the firm in 2015 and have never looked back. Birkett Long genuinely lives up to its Investors in People accreditation and explores every opportunity to develop staff. You do not have to look far to find someone who has grown and developed their career with the firm, which is extremely motivational.

I am an active member of the firm’s events and charity committee and enjoy organising and coming up with new ideas to benefit the charity of the year. I have completed the Tough Mudder, a gruelling 12-mile obstacle race, and ran 3 half marathons for charity.

If I am not in the office you will find me in the gym or running. Alternatively, I’ll be exploring a city, on a beach holiday or eating cake!
