My key responsibilities are to lead the HR & L&D team to ensure we maintain and enhance the firm’s human resources through planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, procedures and process.
I am an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. I have also successfully completed the Advance Diploma in Human Resource Management.
No two days are the same, there is lots of variety, it is a fast paced environment and there is always lots going on. Managing people at work can be complicated and you are kept on your toes!
In my free time I enjoy walking, particularly costal walks, and the theatre.
