My key responsibilities are ensuring the firm continues to comply with Lexcel Standards, managing float secretarial support across the firm and responsibility for Partners and Management Board meetings.

My job is very varied and my involvement is with the whole firm, not just one office. Being able to support and help colleagues understand compliance issues is important to me. My role grew with the growth of the firm - quality is important to me so it was a natural fit.

In my free time I relax with friends and my family, and enjoy going to the theatre and spa days.
