I specialise in commercial property law, in particular commercial freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, assignments and refinances. I joined in October 2022.

My key responsibility is to advise commercial property clients in relation to their transactions. I always make sure that the advice I give is not only robust but also commercial - essential in order to achieve the best possible result for the client and their business.

Feedback tells me that my clients enjoy the fact that I’m friendly and approachable, but the most important element for them is that I keep them up to date throughout the entire transaction - something that gives them peace of mind. Wherever possible, my objective is to achieve the outcomes my clients are looking for. That often requires thinking ‘outside the box’ and being aware of potential problems before they arise.

I get a real sense of satisfaction when I complete a transaction. It's very rewarding to know that you have helped somebody deal with a problem and end up with a good outcome. Every day in law is different, which keeps me mentally stimulated, and I love the variety of the work I get to deal with.

When I’m not working I enjoy exercising, cooking, travelling and socialising with friends and family.
