After all, I’m usually their first point of contact for any legal problems, so even if they happen to have an issue outside of my field of legal expertise, I can point them in the right direction and introduce them to one of my colleagues.

My expertise includes commercial sales and purchases, commercial leases and assignments licences to alterations, overage agreements, conditional contracts and option agreements, promotion agreements, deed of easements and residential lease extensions.

I love the satisfaction that comes from helping others. When I meet someone with a legal problem that I have had the expertise to resolve, I find it very rewarding. Every day is different in this area of law, and the variety keeps me mentally engaged.

In my spare time I like to travel and I enjoy photography, movies and socialising.
