As a Paralegal in the South Essex Wills Trust and Probate team, I administratively support the solicitors. My responsibilities include responding to clients, drafting forms, and researching areas of law. I also draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney alongside Inheritance Tax forms and Trust documents.
I joined Birkett Long because the firm has had a long and positive relationship with the communities it serves. The firm's staff retention rates are a testament to a great working environment. Birkett Long understands the importance of work-life balance, rewards and recognition, and continuous training and development.
Outside of work, I am a kids' entertainer and magician, and I regularly volunteer my skills and equipment to perform and raise money for charities close to my heart, such as The Lullaby Trust. I am also a hobbyist photographer and will regularly be found out and about taking pictures of everything.
