Sarah Murphy

I specialise in residential property matters, including sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and first registrations. I particularly enjoy working with first-time buyers, understanding that purchasing a first home can be a daunting process. I aim to alleviate the stress and bring back the excitement of such a milestone. 

My training in a general practice setting gave me a broad exposure to different areas of law before deciding on conveyancing, and I know I made the right choice - it can be fast paced but also extremely rewarding.

I gained my LLB from Queen’s University Belfast, followed by a Diploma in Professional Legal Studies. I was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland and later to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales.

My home is split between Essex and Northern Ireland. I enjoy walking in the Mourne Mountains and Dedham Vale, which are equally beautiful. I love spending time with my family and with my dogs. I am an avid animal lover - from hens to horses and everything in between!
