In the HR & L&D team I assist and support the HR Director to provide an HR service to the firm.
Our team has a strong people focus, and our goal is to support both the firm and our staff, promoting wellbeing and encouraging career development throughout the organisation. You don’t have to look far to find someone who has grown and progressed in their career here.
I’ve always wanted to work with people and create environments where individuals feel valued. HR allows me to combine business needs with a human touch, helping shape and support our culture.
Outside of work, I don’t tend to sit still! I’m naturally an active person and enjoy spending time and making memories with my family.
