I advise clients in connection with a wide range of estate related disputes, such as disputes regarding the validity of wills, claims brought against estates by family members and dependants for financial provision, disputes regarding the conduct of executors and trustees, disputes regarding the interpretation of wills, disputes regarding the conduct of attorneys and deputies and disputes regarding the financial affairs of people who lack capacity. I help to guide clients through the litigation process and to resolve their dispute in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Clients choose to work with me because I am friendly, approachable, and down-to-earth. I talk to clients in clear, plain English and explain legal jargon in a way that they understand. I am empathetic, and I aim to build rapport with my clients. I respond to clients promptly, provide regular costs updates, and always make clients aware of their options, including settlement.

I recognise that disputes can be very challenging and emotional for clients. I am driven by a desire to help clients during difficult times in their lives. I enjoy the strategic challenges involved with litigation, particularly the technical nature of probate disputes.

During my training contract, I undertook seats in the Court of Protection, Wills and Probate and Litigation departments. I combine my knowledge of non-contentious private client aspects with a thorough understanding of the litigation process and tactical astuteness, which gives me an edge as a private client litigator. Since qualification, I have dealt with many complex contentious probate and Court of Protection cases.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing and watching football. I play for Wickford and Runwell United Reserves, and I support Arsenal FC. I also enjoy playing golf, running, going to the gym, and swimming.
