I have also acted in respect of the property elements for the sale and purchase of various businesses, and I have also acted for a local authority on a range of commercial real estate matters.

My approach is friendly and approachable, but my advice is always firmly rooted in commercial pragmatism. I am passionate about helping clients achieve their goals wherever possible. When challenges arise, I work to anticipate them early and develop practical solutions before they become issues.

I enjoy transactional work as it allows me to build momentum and grow alongside the pace of the deal. There’s a real sense of satisfaction in exceeding client expectations.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2005, following the traditional route: a law degree from the University of East Anglia, followed by the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford, where I achieved a Distinction. I completed my training contract at a local firm and qualified into the Commercial Real Estate team.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our two children. I enjoy running, walking the family dog, and attending bounce fit classes. I am also a Team Manager for my children’s swimming club and spend many weekends cheering on the swimmers at various Essex Mini League events.
