Profile

I am a customer support analyst in the IT team. My task is to help answer tickets that users raise when they have IT issues. I also help with ongoing projects and set up desktops and laptops for people throughout the firm.

I love the interaction with so many people that is part of my job on a daily basis and I enjoy helping people with IT issues and resolving problems. I also find that playing a part in the team’s wide ranging and ongoing IT projects is very rewarding.    

I wanted to join Birkett long because it provided me with an amazing opportunity. It’s the first step towards furthering my career and I can see that it will be a gateway to many different roles within IT.    

I spend a lot of my spare time playing video games with friends and family, and I enjoy going to conventions and planning days out.
