Chloe Holmes

I am responsible for preparing contracts of sale, title investigation, reporting to clients on their purchase and registrations at HM Land Registry. I also assist in the drafting of the Leases and Rent Deposit Deeds.

Previously, in my second seat at Birkett Long, I worked in the Divorce and Family team, where I gained experience in preparing documents for divorces, financial remedies, and child arrangements. In my first seat, I worked in the Wills Trust and Probate team, gaining experience in wills and lasting powers of attorney.

My final seat will be in the Residential team, where I will assist with the purchase and sale of residential properties. 

I studied at the University of Portsmouth, graduating in 2020 with a first-class honours degree in LLB Law. I subsequently obtained a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. 

My role at Birkett Long allows me to build relationships with new people, which I enjoy greatly. I also love that my work gives me an opportunity to learn something new every day.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading and have recently become a big fan of fantasy novels. When I'm not reading, I often listen to podcasts about my favourite books. I also love spending time with my family and going on weekend trips.
