Benjamin Molyneux
Solicitor
Profile
I am a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Team, with a particular focus on contentious insolvency law and advising on and dealing with contract, company, and shareholder disputes.
I strive to provide clear, concise advice and address clients’ matters in a timely and effective manner. Supporting and guiding clients through challenging circumstances is a particularly rewarding aspect of my role, and I take great pride in delivering this assistance.
Academically, I graduated with Distinction in both the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and a Master’s in Law, Business, and Management (MSc). Prior to this, I earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with Upper Second Class Honours.
I have also participated in several external competitions. I won both the Regional and National CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) Student Negotiation Competitions. More recently, a colleague and I achieved a historic victory in the Law South Mooting Competition – marking the first time Birkett Long LLP has won in its history. Law South represents a network of major law firms spanning the Midlands to the South of England, and its Annual Mooting Competition has a long and prestigious tradition. This achievement was a proud moment not only for me but also for the firm.
