Partner, Head of Commercial and Corporate Finance
I studied at Anglia Ruskin University.
I started as a litigator then converted to commercial law working for a niche practice specialising in partnership (in particular doctors and other health professionals), I also dealt with employment and commercial property matters. I came to Birkett Long in October 2001 to take up position with the Commercial & Corporate Finance team. I am now Head of the Commercial and Corporate Finance Team and specialise in partnerships and LLPs (in particular medical and other health professional business relationships), franchising, public procurement. I am a Trustee of St Helena Hospice, a former President of Colchester Chamber of Commerce and former Committee member of Women in Business Essex.
I always felt Melanie and Tracey had my best interests in mind both in terms of the sale of my late husband's business and of the impact of any additional costs to me.
