Consultant Solicitor
I studied at Chigwell School and Magdalene College, Cambridge. Before joining Birkett Long in June 1975 I was articled to Beachcroft and Co in London.
I am the former Head of Commercial Department and Managing Partner. My specialisms include education law and health and social care. I have experience in dealing with a wide variety of commercial issues, including advice on partnerships and joint ventures, sales and purchases of companies and businesses, and on various Private Finance Initiative and Private Public Partnership projects. I am a member of the Education Law Association.
