As a Team Assistant for the Intellectual Property team, I support my colleagues with administrative tasks.

I love working in such a friendly team that was very supportive from my first day at the firm. I chose a career in law as this is something that I have always been very passionate about, and Birkett Long offers excellent progression opportunities. 

I wanted to join Birkett Long as they are well known for providing a high standard of legal expertise and have won multiple awards. I also appreciate their involvement in the local community and the volunteering days they participate in.

Outside of work, I support Farleigh Hospice and Macmillan Cancer, as they are very close to my heart. I enjoy participating in charity events with my family to raise money for causes, such as the Farleigh Hospice Bubble Rush and Cancer Research Mud Race, both of which are very messy and fun!

I enjoy spending time with my husband and children on days out in my spare time, and I love going to theme parks. Additionally, I am currently trying to learn Spanish as I love the language; however, I am still very much a beginner!
