I am a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Real Estate team, specialising in work for developers, such as site acquisitions and set up. I have also acted for a local authority in relation to commercial real estate work. I am based in our Chelmsford office, and am available for a free 15 minute chat over the phone on 01245 453824.

I consider my style to be friendly and approachable but my solutions and advice to be robustly commercial. I am passionate about pursuing the client's desired outcomes wherever possible. Where there are potential obstacles I always try to spot them in advance and create a workaround before a problem arises.

Transactional work allows me to expand my skills and grow with the momentum of the transaction. I love the sense of satisfaction that comes with exceeding my client's expectations.

I qualified as a solicitor 16 years ago, having taken the traditional route of completing a law degree at the University of East Anglia, followed by the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford where I gained a Distinction. My training contract was with a local law firm where I qualified into the Commercial Real Estate team.

In my free time I love to spend time with my husband and two children, as well as run, walk the family dog, and attend bounce fit classes. I help with administration for my son’s under-11 football team at Maldon and Tiptree Football Club, where my husband is a coach, and I’m a regular helper on the school PTA, which organises fundraising events for our children's school.
