I am a member of the Personal Tax, Trusts and Probate team at the Chelmsford office and qualified as a solicitor in 2006.
I specialise in wills, powers of attorney, court of protections and mental capacity issues. In addition, I advise on inheritance tax mitigation, trust creation and administration, probate work (administration of estates) as well as long term care and asset protection.
I am a full member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), a committee member of the Essex Branch of STEP and a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
