Education, Employment Law and HR Retainer Scheme
As part of this fixed fee retainer, Birkett Long's employment law and HR specialists will provide advice and assistance in respect of any employment law and HR related enquiry, provided that it can be dealt with by telephone or by email in an hour or less. Such advice will not include any enquiries that would be covered by the BL Educational Legal Retainer Scheme as detailed above.
The team will also review 5 employment and HR related policies and/or contracts. We will provide our comments in written form. Should you need assistance with amending those policies or contracts, we will provide a fixed fee cost to provide cost certainty.
We can provide a discount on the cost of any legal services that go beyond the scope of the retainer scheme and on any training seminars (virtual or in person) that you may want us to provide from time to time. We will provide you with our education law-based publications as and when they are published, so that you are kept up to date with the latest developments.
