Birkett Long staff were delighted to return to their former office at Essex House, but this time as part of the firm’s work on the site with Equagroup. Birkett Long is focused on our local communities and are very proud to be working with a business who give a new purpose to redundant and tired commercial spaces at the same time as providing new homes for and within the community.

Birkett Long have been working with Equagroup on their development work for the last year (Essex House was their third site that they instructed the firm in relation to), but have been working with some of the directors in their personal capacity for 10 years.
On this particular site, the firm are currently dealing with the site set up and the residential plot sales. We are also instructed in relation to the granting long leases over the commercial units on the ground floor.

In addition to real estate Birkett Long is also proud to be working with Equagroup within our Commercial Team and our Employment Team.
