Essex law firm, Birkett Long has advised the owners of GB Underwriting on their sale of the company to insurance intermediary Specialist Risk Group (SRG).

GB Underwriting is a property and liability solutions provider operating in the UK broker market. A key strength of the company is supporting brokers whose clients operate within construction, building and associated specialist trades.

David Wisbey, a Partner in the firm’s Commercial and Corporate Finance team, advised on the legal aspects of the sale.
