We recently acted for specialist flooring contractor RHL in respect of an adjudication relating to monies owed for work they had carried out. The work was carried out at a leading department store on Oxford Street in London. This was a particularly complex matter as the terms and conditions of the contract were heavily weighed against our client. We were successful in the adjudication and RHL was duly paid the award as the main contractor would not have been able to defend any enforcement action.
