However, claims and prosecutions can still happen. our legal expenses insurance (LEI) offers excellent protection, quality and value.

  • LEI protects against the risk of employment disputes and employment tribunal awards. If an employment tribunal claim is made against your organisation we defend it; if the case goes to a tribunal hearing we represent you; if you lose or settle the claim, the insurers pay compensation or settlement monies. Our LEI covers all types of claim, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and TUPE claims.
  • Our health and safety insurance protects against the risk of health and safety prosecution. If your organisation is prosecuted for breach of health and safety regulations we defend it; if the case goes to court we represent you, fighting to protect your organisation.
  • Our standard insurance cover is £100,000 per claim, with a cap of £1million per client per annum. However, we can arrange bespoke cover, with higher or lower limits, to match your attitude to risk and particular requirements.
