Justin has 25 years' experience as a commercial real estate solicitor in Chelmsford. Formerly a partner at Hill & Abbott, he headed its commercial department, establishing long standing relationships with clients and professionals within the local business community.

Specialist skills

Justin has dealt with a wide spectrum of business law but now specialises in commercial property transactions, commercial leases (industrial, retail and offices), and secured lending transactions.

Work profile

Working throughout the whole of the commercial property sphere, Justin focuses mainly on commercial property sales and purchases, secured lending and commercial leases (for both landlords and tenants).

He acts for a number of property and development companies with commercial property portfolios and in recent years has been heavily engaged in the sales on land for residential development at Channels.
