Essex law firm continues random acts of kindness with Writtle University College Equine Academy

This month, Birkett Long is continuing to perform random acts of kindness in the local community as part of their 200 year celebrations. 200 years’ experience has taught them that it’s not just about knowing the law, it’s also about the impact they have on their communities.

This month the firm visited their long-standing friends at Writtle University College Equine Academy. Having worked with the academy for many years they wanted to thank the students for being such remarkable brand ambassadors whilst wearing their kits sponsored by Birkett Long.

Sarah Humphryes from Birkett Long’s Marketing team surprised the students with some bespoke sweet packages sourced from a local supplier, not forgetting the horses who had some special treats of their own. Sarah was delighted to enjoy a socially distanced tour and was privileged to meet some of the students and their horses.

Sarah said: “The level of professionalism exhibited by all of the staff and students at the academy is apparent and we are honoured to have them representing us whilst competing and on site. It was a pleasure to meet them and their horses.”

Jane Hart, Lecturer in Equine Performance from Writtle University College Equine Academy said: “Through their continued sponsorship support to the Writtle University College Equine Academy, Birkett Long has not only promoted professionalism and personal development on a long term basis, but this week, has also made the end of the semester a less stressful time through a random act of kindness by bringing locally sourced sweets and treats to the riders and horses.”
