Legal advice for SIPP and SSAS pension trustees

These pension schemes provide many tax benefits.  Both SIPP and SSAS can invest in commercial and agricultural land. The property once acquired can then be let to your company or a third party.

What is SIPP and SSAS?

Self-Invested Personal Pension or SIPP for short are pension plans that allow an individual to choose how their savings are invested such as commercial property.
Alternatively an individual can set up a Small Self-Administered Scheme (SSAS) usually in the name of a limited company for privately run businesses to benefit the directors and family employees.  Trustees are appointed to have control over the scheme’s assets and investments.
