About the deal

Birkett Long was chosen to provide ongoing legal services to a major UK-wide fuel and chemical storage provider.

The company operates four terminals, strategically located in major UK ports, with Navigator Terminals Thames at West Thurrock in Essex, which is at the heart of London’s distribution network, the largest by throughput volume. Two terminals are located in northeast England and one in South Wales.

The partnership will involve lawyers across Birkett Long’s commercial, construction, disputes, real estate and environmental, and employment teams, led by Head of Commercial and Corporate Finance Tracey Dickens.
