Elderly failed by 'shameful' care system

I was reading a story earlier, about how the number of older people not getting the help they need has risen by nearly 50% since 2010.

 The BBC identified 11 councils that rejected more than 75% of applications. What a dreadful state of affairs. We must keep pursuing the government and local councils to make sure that our older people get the rights that they are entitled to.
