Miranda Leate

Prior to joining Birkett Long, I was a partner and team leader at a local firm where I practised extensively in immigration and Public Law. My experience includes conducting family immigration, such as marriage and adoption cases, and business immigration. I also have wide experience of judicial review applications.

I advise on all aspects of immigration law, including entry clearance applications for students, spouses and visitors. I can also assist with business immigration matters such as work permits and European Association Agreement applications. I have experience as an advocate, both in the immigration and civil courts. I have also practised in family and housing law and general public law matters, including conduct of cases in the High Court and Court of Appeal.
