Partner, Head of Property - Colchester
I joined the firm in 1987 and have been a partner since 1990. Originally from New Zealand, I worked for firms in Auckland and London before coming to Colchester. I now head the firm’s Commercial Property Team. I deal with a full range of commercial property work for a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors. I have acted for developer clients on site acquisitions and for institutional clients and other landowners on the disposal of potential development sites. I also do a wide range of landlord and tenant work, both for tenant occupiers and landlord investment companies. I have particular expertise in the healthcare sector where I currently act for both private and public sector clients."
