Post Exchange Executive
I have been with the firm for 5 years having worked at other law firms in Colchester. I work in the residential conveyancing team as a Post Exchange Executive. My role within the team is to take charge of a matter once contracts have been exchanged and take the matter forward to completion. This involves obtaining all figures and preparing financial statements, preparing transfer deeds and all ancillary documentation needed and liaising with all parties on the day of completion. Once completion has taken place, ensuring that the new owner of the property is correctly registered at Land Registry and relevant documentation sent to lenders as required.
We aim to try to make moving day run as smoothly as possible for the client.
