I have acted over many years for and advised private individuals, whether resident in this country or abroad. I provide expert advice on tax planning, where appropriate using tools such as trusts or wills to achieve effective solutions. I am an experienced charity administrator and can advise on the setting up and the running of charities.
A partner in the firm, I head the firm’s large Personal Tax, Trust and Probate team in Colchester. I am an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a Notary Public.
