Anya Radford

I read Law with German Law at the University of Oxford before spending the first part of my career at several large and mid-sized City law firms, where I was able to gain much of my specialist knowledge of commercial property transactions.

I specialise in commercial property and planning law. I have wide experience in all types of commercial property work including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, development sites, secured lending, landlord and tenant work and the property aspects of corporate transactions. I am also the firm’s specialist in planning and environmental law matters. I also have experience in compulsory purchase work and have acted on the exercise of compulsory purchase powers for a client who is in the early stages of developing what will be the UK's first new, 21st century deep-sea container port and Europe's largest logistics park based in the Thames Estuary.
