I joined the Commercial & Corporate Finance team in June 2005, having gained experience at City law firms and organisations including Devonshires, Lovells, Transport for London and Sweet & Maxwell.
I advise on a variety of corporate and commercial law areas, including business and company sales and acquisitions, company formations and terms and conditions of business, LLPs, Franchising including dealing with the purchase and sale of franchise businesses, Intellectual Property and e-commerce.
