Susan Campbell - road traffic accident

The firm acted for Mrs Campbell, who was injured in a head-on road accident.  Susan suffered a head injury and loss of consciousness, facial injuries, dental injuries and soft tissue injuries to her shoulder, hip, knee and ankle.  Medical professionals concentrating on the orthopaedic/soft tissue injuries did not diagnose or treat the head injury from which Mrs Campbell was suffering.  Due to the firm’s experience, we were able to obtain expert evidence on the head injury and point the client in the direction of suitable experts to aid with her recovery.  The Claimant was awarded compensation in the sum of £140,000.
