Compromise
We will take a practical approach in such circumstances including the consideration of, where appropriate, alternatives to litigation. We are very experienced in dealing with compromise and settlement agreements up to and including senior executive level, often involving city institutions.

Legal action
If you have to fight it out in court or tribunal, we'll be there with you. Our extensive experience of the Employment Tribunal system, including the Employment Appeal Tribunal, has achieved many positive results for our claimant clients including success in a variety of different types of claims, from sex and disability discrimination to maximum unfair dismissal awards.

Overseas work
We increasingly advise individuals on the international aspects of their employment using our extensive links with European lawyers. The firm has a bespoke International Team which facilitates this process.
