David Wisbey
David is head of the Commercial Department. Tracey Dickens

Richard Curl
20 years’ experience leading large teams advising procurers, bidders and funders on major projects and procurements in the public/private sector with particular focus on health and social care schemes.

He has also advised on a range of different procurement models within the NHS at both primary and secondary level e.g. the development of managed medical equipment schemes; the LIFT programme; medical decontamination; the Independent Sector Treatment Centre (ISTC) programme; and the provider/procurer split within PCT’s.
