He has also advised on a range of different procurement models within the NHS at both primary and secondary level e.g. the development of managed medical equipment schemes; the LIFT programme; medical decontamination; the Independent Sector Treatment Centre (ISTC) programme; and the provider/procurer split within PCT’s.
