Unusually for a firm of our size outside the main commercial centres, we have acknowledged expertise of providing advice in relation to the Government's Private Finance Initiatives (PFI) scheme. 

Prompt attention and a realistic cost structure, gives our team the competitive edge over other firms (often City based) who offer a similar specialism.  We have advised on several substantial projects in the health and education sectors - for example the team has provided advice to a PLC in relation to 7 PFI or PPP (Public Private Partnership) contracts, 3 of which were with London Boroughs.
